STATE CHAMPIONS  CLASS A: Winfield  CLASS B: Nickerson

                  This was the last  year of competition under the name Topeka Catholic High School. The team came to life near the end of the season but Herington eliminated the team in overtime at Ripley Park. As usual,  TCHS was never in the race for the Jayhawk crown. The boys nearly upset Herington in the CLASS A Regional at Wamego. They were ahead the entire game until the Railroaders tied it to send the game to overtime.
